No Photoshop.
No photography training.
No problem.

I am a self-taught digital photographer working in the Washington DC area. My work is characterized by clean, simple images, bright colors, and a clear appreciation for the world. I do not use Photoshop or other photo editors on my photographs; I prefer to showcase the natural beauty in what I photograph.

I am currently building my professional resumĂ©. Most recently, my work was shown in a group show at the Artists’ Gallery in Frederick MD in 2013. I had my first solo gallery show at the Frederick County Cultural Arts Center in 2011, and my work has been featured on Jones Soda labels (September 2012, May 2010). I’m currently a partner artist with TurningArt, an artwork rental start-up similar to Netflix.

I’ve done photography for Simmons College and Bryn Mawr College, and I’ve previously had two exhibits at Uncommon Grounds CafĂ© in Philadelphia. I also do freelance and commissioned work; please contact me about ordering prints or to hire me for your photography needs.

When I’m not taking photos, I’m playing with my feisty cats, Netflix-bingeing, and working as a records manager (my day job!).
